Q1 - What is your return/exchange policy?
1. Item(s) must be returned to us in its original condition within 3 days after the customer received the parcel
2. If the price of exchanged items is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
3. You can exchange to higher value but you need to topup
4. Shipping cost have to be born by you in and out.
5. Original shipping costs will not be refunded
6. Items return must be an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition
7. Once the item has been posted out, please update us with the tracking number.
8. Do inform us of the item you wish to exchange it with.

Q2 - What should I do when I received a defect item/wrong item/missing item?

2. Replacement must be informed as soon as possible within 7 days after receiving.
3. Items return must be an unwashed, unaltered and unworn condition
4. Original shipping costs will not be refunded
5. Buyers bear the cost of shipping the item back to us
6. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (You received an incorrect or defective item)
7. We do not provide REFUND. Only exchange
8. Customer can request for an exchange with any of the items available only with same value or higher.
9. Customer needs to send a picture of the faulty items. Upon receiving the item, inspection will be made.
Q3 - Can i return/exchange Sale Item?
- We do not accept returns/exchanges on any sales items purchased during our sale / Promo items period. Items purchased during our sale period are final
